Permissions Required/ Facilities to be Availed

CMD

1. To provide area for stage in front of administration block(In the junction leading to LPSC
gate).
2. Power supply to the food courts (near Admin along with extension cords)
3. Covering up the drains in front of admin (to avoid accidents).
4. Cleaning the area where the stage is to be setup.
5. Water supply for food court (wash).
6. Wash basin near food court.
7. Generator or power supply for Stage light.
8. Generator or power supply for Stage sound.
9. Announcement system at D4,D1 and main gate.
10. Extension cords which will be required at many places.
11. Power supply for decorative lightings in campus.
12. Removal of High mast lamp in the area of stage
13. Removal of sign boards around the stage
14. Permission to use CMD equipment
15. To place painting boards, posters and other decorative items in the administrative
block,D4,canteen,basketball court and hostels
16. Permission to paint the wall near volleyball court , walls near D4 and wall opposite Ashwini
hostel with decorative paintings
17. Permission to use rooms in D1 to conduct events and workshop during Dhanak
18. Access to rooftops of library and administration for placing decoration with supervision
