ORIENTATION TRAINING

Orientation of employees will start with the introduction of the company,


its history, policies, rules and regulations, values, etc. They will then
undergo into a formal training for a week and then evaluated on the basis
of their learning.
Two types of training will be given to our employees.
(1) Of the Job training-
All employees will have to undergo training by attending specialized
programs that usually result in certificate or diploma. For example-
 Certification in meeting management (CMM)-
This program teaches the business management skills one needs to
help manage successful meetings. At the end of the coursework
required for the CMM event planning certificate, one requires to
complete a project/event and demonstrate his professional skills.

 Similarly, there will be seminars such as-


 Developing communication skills- e-mail etiquettes, client relations, etc
 Stress Management- stress reliever games
 Time Management- Delegating the work in the given time and
completing the task.

(2) On The Job training-


Employees will have to assist their respective coordinators for 1 month / 2
events and understand how the event is done and managed actually and
learn different aspects of the event. He will also learn how to deal in
different situations from the coordinator heads.
