25 Different Committees

1. Finance
 The way funds are managed, solutions to budget problems are issued, and
understanding the most significant area within your specific program are the most
important parts of financing. The person responsible for sports financing
sometimes titled a financial director, should have accounting experience and
have knowledge in strategic planning, accountability, risk management and
more.
2. Screening Committee
 Accredit qualified athletes, coaches and chaperons and submit master list to the
appropriate personnel. evaluate and verify the authenticity of the documents of
the athletes, coaches and chaperons before and during personal interviews.
3. Executive Committee
 Overall Committee; Includes President, Vice-President and Chief Officers Based
on providing organizational direction on behalf of the board and advising the
board on decisions and sports matters.
4. Jury of Appeal
 Charge with the responsibilities of deciding whether on the facts of the case, a
person is guilty or not guilty of the offense for which he or she has been charged.
5. Clerk
 Is responsible for taking game scores from coaches and other sources, compiling
capsules for game roundups, routing phone calls and emails to the appropriate
sports staff member, and other duties as assigned.
6. Auditing
 A process of examining organization's financial records to determine if they are
accurate and in accordance with any applicable rules, regulations and laws.
7. Accommodation
 Provides what is needed or desired for convenience. This team secures facilities
( for lodging- a place to stay), food and beverages.
8. Supply and Equipment Committee
 Facilities, supplies and equipment are important aspect of physical education and
sports management.
9. Prizes
 Provide the accurate reward to those players who won. Responsible in making
prizes and ribbons for the winners.
10. Snack and refreshments
 Refreshments and Entertainment Committee: This committee takes the charge of
supplying refreshments and drinks to the guests, officials and competitors, etc. It
also makes some arrangements for entertainment programmers at the opening
ceremony and closing ceremony of sports events
11. Entertainment
 Entertainment Committee aims to serve as a platform for members in the sports
and entertainment industry to meet, exchange knowledge and experiences, and
share best practices. The Committee will provide resources for members to
access and share market information, latest industry trends, and government
policies and regulations; through forums, roundtables and networking events.
12. Documentation Committee
 One who records the happenings in the game thru writing, pictures, videos
(presscon, medias, photographers for example)
13. Ground and facilities
 Safe grounds equipment and facilities are important for sport and physical activity
in order to be conducted with minimal risk of injury. If grounds, equipment and
facilities are not maintained in a safe and working order then the risk of injury to
the athlete increases.
14. Field Marshall
 Is one of the most important persons on the field. She must ensure
everyone is being a good sport!
15. First Aid Committee
 First aid in sport can cover minor injuries, sprains, concussions to cardiac
arrest and other possible life-threatening injuries.

 Is the first and immediate assistance given to any person suffering from
either a minor or serious illness or injury, with care provided to preserve
life, prevent the condition from worsening, or to promote recovery.

16. Stage Decoration Committee


 Is a group of creative people who are able to put the visions of an event of
life through designing its layout, decorations and overall theme. The
responsibilities include requesting which materials will be needed ahead of
time, setting up and decorating event venues prior to, and being able to
communicate with any members involved in planning each event.
17. Statistics/Statistical Committee
 Specific goals are concerned with organizing workshops, specialized
sessions at conferences and events, promoting special issues in scientific
journals, disseminating internationally useful and comparable data on
sports.
18. Program Committee
 In charge in preparing the program of activities and invitations. Creates
the program : program schedule with times and locations of the event.
