 INTRODUCTION
FARM SUPPLIES to furnish or provide (a person,
establishment, place, etc.) with what is lacking or requisite
especially in farms. Poultry is Domestic fowls, such as
chickens, turkeys, ducks, or geese, raised for meat or eggs.
Piggery is a place where pigs are raised or kept, place where
earthen vessels are made or sold; a pottery. Hog any of
various mammals of the family Sundae, which includes the
domesticated pig as well as wild species, such as the boar
and the wart hog. This report is written for the
accomplishment of our requirements in the subject writing in
the discipline. This report was made to discuss the
background of the business JOILS FARM SUPPLIES, their
operations and how they start their business. The purpose of
this report is to determine whether their business is exist in
the market and to know if all their products are saleable. In
this report I interviewed the owner who has the biggest
responsibility in the business. I include also their product
names and I ask what among these products best seller is.
This report does not include measurement/price per kilo of
their product. I spend only a whole day in interviewing the
owner and gathering data. I saw they have many stocks in
their store. As I talking to the owner I am observing, many
buyers are buying. And all products that were purchased
are being recorded.

SUMMARY
Joils farm supplies are supplying many poultry
farms and piggeries as well. They have many
products that are useful and productive to users. The
different products in their business have its own
quality depending on their agency. The salability of
the products is depending upon the buyers who are
purchasing it. You can see the tables contained
poultry lines, hog lines and also medicine lines. And
you can see what products that each line contained
is the best seller and the most usable among the
products. They are trying to record each product that
will be replaced after a periodic of time. They are
getting their product all the way from Ethan
marketing pangasinan and vita rich manila. They said
that these products are delivered with a short period
of time. And this was originally made. Their price is
not too much high or expensive. They are giving the
right price to a right product.

CONCLUSION AND
RECOMMENDATION
This report was written to see whether all
their products are properly distributed, and if
all the supplies/ each product are saleable. I
found out that not all their products that are
not saleable. Few of this does not exist in the
market. As I observing the store does not have
enough space for all their stocks. And they
should hire extra helper for carrying sacks of
feeds because one is not enough.

The following are

recommended;

1. They should faced out the products that is not

saleable at all
2. That the business should extend their store for the
nice presentation of their products and all the
supplies is properly arranged.
3. That a record will be made for each product that
can distinguish and will be replaced after a periodic
of time.

BODY
The Joils farm supply is a sole proprietorship business.
It is a farm supply products. FARM SUPPLIES furnish or
provide (a person, establishment, place, etc.) with what is
lacking or requisite especially in farms. Poultry is Domestic
fowls, such as chickens, turkeys, ducks, or geese, raised for
meat or eggs. Piggery is a place where pigs are raised or
kept, place where earthen vessels are made or sold; a
pottery. Hog any of various mammals of the family Sundae,
which includes the domesticated pig as well as wild species,
such as the boar and the wart hog. The owner is Mr.
Jovenniano Ampo and his wife Mrs. Wilma Ampo. They are
from San Antonio Narvacan Ilocos Sur. Mr. Joven graduated
at Don Mariano Marcos State University Bacnotan took up
Animal husbandry and Mrs. Ampo took up BEED at St. Mary’s
College at Sta. Maria Ilocos Sur. They have two little cute
siblings named Hannah Joil and Jhannah Joil. At the
beginning they don’t have in their mind that they will raise a
business like this. They don’t have enough money/capital to
start the operation of the business. They want an insurance
that the business that they will put up will stay longer. But
according to them their determination to have a source of
income challenges them to put up. They started their
business with a starting capital of 100,000 with their trust
and loyalty and according to them they put their business
with their strong faith to God. Their family is a Christian
family they said they treasure God more than anything. They
choose a farm supplies business because it is related to what
Mr. Joven took up. They said since they start their business
all their passed doing change. Now less luxury to decrease
expenses, patience in costumers especially in collecting
payments. Their faithfulness to god become stronger and
they are sharing through tithings. They said that this is their
way in giving back to what God gave to them. Mr. joven has
also have a sideline work if there is an animal patient he in
injecting and giving vaccine. In their store they are also
selling soft drinks for extra income. Their everyday expenses
are 150-200 for their food and transportation, 6000 rent for
the store. Their profit per day is 2000 plus, and their profit
per month goes to 20000 plus. They are giving receipts to
buyers, every products that are purchased was being
recorded. They are trying to record each product that will be
replaced after a periodic of time. They are getting their
product all the way from Ethan marketing pangasinan and
vita rich manila. They said that these products are delivered
with a short period of time. And this was originally made.
Their price is not too much high or expensive. They are
giving the right price to a right product. They are very
honest to their customers. According to them centering your
life to god will bring a satisfaction that will endures forever.
Because of their strong faith to god their business came to
up this far.
