Barter it up negotiation is a process in which two people can exchange their goods and

services in order to fulfill the needs and wants on daily basis. Basically, negotiation is divided
into the 2 parts (win-win and win-lose negotiation). In the win-win process both the parties
fulfill their needs and services on the daily services and wants in such a way that both the
parties got a satisfaction by exchanging the goods. Both parties are happy and fully satisfied.
In the win-lose process, one party got the satisfaction by exchanging of products but another
one couldn’t get the happy value. This process is only done because of fulfill of needs and
one gets satisfaction but others not.one party gains and one-party loss in this process.
