1.2 The Project
The project being proposed is a four (4) storey reinforced concrete office building located at Maharlika Highway,
District II, Cauayan City, Isabela. It is a rectangular shaped building which has a dimension of 40m by 13m and with a
total lot area of 520 square meters. The building also contains of two adjacent elevators and two opposite staircases.
