Stir in evaporated milk, molasses, 2 packages active dry yeast 1/4 c. brown sugar, egg, oil and salt. Stir in as much of the flour 1/2 cup evaporated milk as you can. 1/3 cup molasses • Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead in 1/4 cup packed brown sugar enough of the remaining flour to make a moderately soft 1 egg, lightly beaten dough. (should be smooth and elastic - 3 to 5 minutes total). 2 TBSP vegetable oil Shape dough into ball. Place in a lightly greased bowl, turning 1/2 tsp. salt once to grease surface. Spread dough with 2 TBSP butter, softened butter. Sprinkle with filling, leaving 1 inch unfilled along one of SPICED GLAZE (see below) the long sides. Roll up rectangle, starting from the filled long sugared cranberries - (optional) side. Pinch dough to seal seams. Cut into 12 slices. Arrange in pan. Cover and let rise in warm place until nearly double in size. SPICED GLAZE (approx. 45 minutes). 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar • Preheat oven to 350°. Bake in preheated oven for 22 to 25 1 TBSP milk minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 5 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon minutes. Drizzle with Spiced Glaze.
