• Already eligible for our stakeholder pension plan provided by Standard Life
• If you have not joined the Standard Life plan you will be automatically enrolled
into NEST if you are aged between 22 and state pension age and earning
£10,000* or above annually (£833* per month)
• You will contribute 5% & JDW will contribute 3% of earnings over £6,136*
(£511* per month) (including bonus/allowances). For your contribution 4% will be
taken directly from your pay and NEST will add 1.0% which is tax relief from the
government
• Approximately every 3 years from February 2013, the Company are required to
re-enrol all eligible jobholders that have either opted out, ceased active pension
membership after the end of the opt-out period or who have stayed in the
pension but chosen to reduce the level of pension contributions to below the
minimum level. Employees will be assessed and if affected, will be communicated
with accordingly.

Information
Once you have been auto enrolled into NEST you will receive an e-mail/letter from us
confirming you have been enrolled.
A few days later you will receive an information pack from NEST to your home address
containing:
NEST web address
Log in and password details to log on to the NEST website
NEST helpline telephone number
How to change your contributions
How to choose which funds to invest your savings in
NEST charges
