CHAPTER 3: PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERD
The important of work immersion must be seen as a vital point of giving student a venue
to improve themselves true experiencing real stuff.
During our work immersion training we visiting some farm, I had observed the following
instance and also observe that although they have some numbers of pigs to raise but they are
lock of farm personnel who monitor and care it. In other name some of the farm lack of waste
deposals or hazardous materials that may cause neighbor claims or concerns, and some farm is
raising for breeding and but they are lock of equipment, they cannot directly trace the health
condition, production, feeding, ration, marketing point of other pigs.

SUGGESTION AND RECOMMENDATIONS

“Only those who dare to fail greatly never achieve greatly”
Our mission as a student is to achieve the goal what he wants regardless of our fields of
specialization to learn and understanding and skills to apply ourselves from your industry. I
hereby share my suggestion base on my observation during our duty that it really needed to
keep swine records for traceability. So that may you identify the exact records especially in the
breeding sow and boar its marketing purposes.
During our work immersion in some farm here in Bais city, I acknowledge to all of you
caretaker, for having excellent project which is swine raising that are granted all student who
having work immersion because without your hardworking and creativity we cannot develop
understanding and duty as part of our work as part of course that we fallow, I also
recommended to you to continue and support the needs and meat in our city also in Bais city.
