Ma’am Leah: This time I would like to give us the PTA Updates and may I call Ma’am Enoc to give
us update during the General Assembly Grade 12 last Januray 31, 2020.

Ma’am Enoc: Maayong Buntag sa tanan. Year-end rite March 31-April 2, 2020 ang venue kay sa
Calinan Gym. Duirng also the meeting, they agreed to have LED screen and we will have toga on
the graduation day, as well as the hood per strand. For the baccalaureate March 30, 2020
(8:00am) sa parokya. Call time is 7 in the morning. Do not worry we will be announcing that
earlier.

Ma’ah Leah: We would like to acknowledge the appearance of our Atty. Mariel Ariane Monton
: Grade 7,8,9 and 11 recognition March 31, 2020 (8:00am) @ CNHS Gym
: Grade 10 and 12 March 30 baccalaurete
: Grade 10 and 12 March 31 moving up ceremony
: No required projects a side from the academic projects, walay kwarta og dili mapalit
ang grado. Kung dili magkasinabot, abre ang opisina to hear you out, naa si subject teachers,
advisers magpasabot.

Atty. Mariel: I was just transferred from Division of Davao Del Norte Last January 20, 2020.
: Ma’am Leah asked for assistance regarding last PTA officers and board last SY. 2018-
2019 unfortunately nag na elect nato kay classroom PTA officers lang. Ngano walay na create na
PTA officers and board? Kay nay financial issues nga nabilin ang PTA 2018-2019, so unsa atong
buhaton ana? Akong solusyon na gihatag kay maam leah, mag create gihapon moo g board
members and officials karon nga mugunit siya for the remaining days karon taman sa june. Ang
financial issues dili ma solve kay wala may PTA board and officials. Karon, mag create tag PTA
board pra ma resolve, para nay order. Dapat nay PTA sa 2019-2020. What if mubalik og officers?
Walay problema, kung mag meeting si 2018-2019 pwede ra dili sabay sa 2019-2020. Walay
mugunit sa kwarta kay mahadlok mausab ang financial issue. Dili na pwede si principal, kay
parent-teacher’s association. Willing ba mo mu create og officials for 3-4 months? Kung naa moy
pangutana, palihog ko taas og kmaot.

Renato Dael: Guardian ni Zaira Dael sa IV-Bonifcaio, allowed baa ng guardian mu represent sa
bata?

Atty. Mariel: OO pwede, unsaon niya pagka guardian para ma recognize na sya ang guardian.
Kailangan og parents consent, kung orphan MSWD mangayo og certification. Sa DO 54 balaod
nga gi allow ang guardians.

Parent 1: Pabor ko na magpili og opisyales, pero dapat ang mapili na opisyales must have the
responsibility, unsay hold sa DEPED to go over atong mga involved sa 2018-2019?

Atty. Mariel: Una, accountability, oath of office, bago mo ma elect iseryosa nato ng oath of office.
Naa nay siyay significance, the moment na mu promise ka pero wala nimo gibuhat. Accountable
naka, kay kinsa ka accountable? Mao ng kailangan magbuhat og board para muhatag og
resolusyon.

para maoy mu question sa issues sa previous. Pwede sila ma fillan og collection kay ni dawat mog
kwarta unya inyo syang gi gasto. Si ginikanan ang mu reklamo sa board.

Parent 1: Atty. Naa lang koy apprehension, katong board previously na wala nay studyante krn
pero they remain

Atty. Mariel: Civil case collection, pinaka baba nga mabuhat sa iyaha. Ika duha, malversation or
istafa, criminal case, pwede ma priso. Pag 1 day wala pa gi turn-over ang kwarta dayon, pasabot
ana gihilabtan nana. Mo agi tag protocol, kung naa tay kwarta, dapat naa tay bank account.
Pwede ka magpa refund sa imong actual expenses kay gibuhat na niya para sa PTA. Bsta kato
siya, nay resolution nga naa siyay refund.

Parent 2: Ako lang klarohon, ang pangutana ganina, naa bay deped order na ang mga guardian
maging officer sa PTA

Atty: According ddto sa D.O 54 allowed ang guardians – authorized (with parents’ consent),
relative (MSWD), individual appointed by the court, orphan/charity. Dili mandatory ang court
order.

Ma’am Barredo: Maayong Buntag Atty., musulti ko dri isip is aka ginikanan, ang CNHS nag kambyo
tag principal sugod sa SY. Adtong June-July, wala na hatagan og higayon ang dati na board kay
pag take-over sa principal, nag organize siyag PTA na treasurer lang, ni padayag siya na kung
pwede 500 ang ihatag per parent. Actaully, during sa meeting walay apil ang president. Wala man
ni gunit si principal, nag assign siyag teachers nga mugunit sa collection. Deped Order 79 naay
violation ang CNHS kay una nagpatawag.
