1. Introduction & Overview

Norby would like to thank Lekki Estate Sales for giving us the opportunity to present her with its proposal
to develop an E-commerce real estate online store platform.

This document presents Norby’s understanding of the requirements, proposed solution and the
development approach for the system. Norby is confident in executing this project to the complete
satisfaction of the client.

This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the scope of work, execution phases, roles and responsibilities,
time and cost estimates, a process model for the execution and delivery timelines.

Upon approval and sign-off by both Norby and the client, this document will serve as the statement of
agreed work (SOW) for the project, whose execution will be carried out as per the details in this
document. Any deviations, if identified later, shall be mutually agreed upon by the teams of Norby and
Lekki Estate Sales.

2. Technical Approach

Norby suggests using a phased methodology to implement this project, which includes system study and
analysis, designing, implementation, and testing and user acceptance testing phases. For the
implementation phase, Norby is following the SCRUM methodology to produce the best results in this
project.

Web development is a complex process; few complexities of software development include managing
rapidly changing requirements and unrealistic estimates of time, cost, and product quality. To overcome
these complexities, SCRUM comes into the process.

SCRUM is the most appropriate and convenient process for managing complex projects. It is an agile
process that provides you a set of guidelines to develop software (from its design stage to its completion).
SCRUM is best suited for projects with rapidly changing or highly emergent requirements.
