My work experience includes the following responsibilities on an individual performance:


 Preparation of financial statements for holding as well as subsidiary companies and its Analysis.
 Consolidation of financial statements.
 Co-coordinating with statutory auditors, tax advisors, tax auditors, transfer pricing auditors.
 Preparation of Internal Financials Control as per the size of Company without any help of consultant and
receiving a clean report from statutory auditors on the same.
 Preparation of department wise and Business unit wise annual budgets.
 On time delivery of monthly MIS with proper analysis with regards to variations.
 Developing reports for top management summarizing the financial position, Business risk analysis, Key area
of concerns, profitability Analysis, and Cash Flow positions.
 Business Risk Analysis which includes trend of selling price per SMS, cost price per SMS, Customer
concentration, Dependence on various vendors, GP ratio of different products etc.
 Cash flow reports including cash flow statement, Company level DSO, Vertical wise DSO, Creditors
outstanding days etc.
 Responsible for ensuring all tax compliances and reporting requirements.
 Identifying and implementing opportunities for improving the Company’s overall tax efficiency and cash
flow.
 Timely procurement of Lower TDS deduction certificate from Tax authorities for managing cash flow.
 Liasioning with Tax authorities with regards to Assessment proceedings and old refund cases.
 Handling Income Tax assessment proceedings.
 Managing service tax audits conducted by the CAG.
 Co-coordinating with various banks for procurement and enhancement of funds from banks.
 Preparation of provisional and projected financial statements for funding.
 Resolution of the queries raised by Risk departments with regards to facilities enhancement or procurement.
 Managing all the relationship with bank with regards to facilities taken like stock audit, stock statements,
hedging declaration, FFRs and also handling visits by banks.
 Maintaining effective relationship with banks to smoothen the transaction processing.
 Effectively shifting of all the relationship from one bank to another bank which includes transfer of all
salary accounts, Forex accounts, Bank Guarantees etc.
 Implementation of policies and procedures with regards to revenue assurance, purchase and other admin
related expenses and monitoring its adherence.
 Preparation and proper implementation of Revenue assurance process to avoid revenue leakages.
