What: YMA Sportsfest

When: March 28/Saturday/8am-5pm
Where: Cayetano Sports Complex
Who: YMA Active Members ONLY

Objectives:
After the end of the one-day sportsfest, the participants should be able to:
1. cooperate actively in accomplishing tasks and games successfully;
2. share talents and skills enthusiastically in various sporting activities;
3. demonstrate honesty and sportsmanship in all aspects of the game; and
4. develop camaraderie among YMA members.

Note: 1. Approval Letter must be drafted by Documentation Committee, and duly signed by respective
authorities on or before February 8th.
2. Consent letters must be drafted by Documentation Committee for checking on February 8th.
3. Suggestions for other sources of funds are highly appreciated.
4. Online promotion prior to the event is a MUST.
5. DSLR or other high-quality cameras are strongly needed to document the entire event.
6. Participation of ALL Officers are HIGHLY EXPECTED.
7. Reservation fee for the entire Venue is TBA.
