ERROR CORRECTION: SPORADIC EMERGENCY STOPS

Error correction: Sporadic emergency stops

At all the machines with
speed monitoring module PNOZms1p
it can come to sporadic emergency stops after the error message
'temperature monitoring motor and/or motor transmitter error'
(spindle, X-, Y-, Z-axis).

Error cause:
At the adapter plug speed monitoring (between the plug A-LINE motor transmitter and
the plug motor transmitter at the N/C control
at SIEMENS: X411,
at iTNC: X15,X16...)
are the fixing bolts too long (tolerance fluctuations). Thus the adapter plug cannot be
fixed firmly. These bad contact problems lead to above errors.

Solution:
Attach an auxiliary or an exchange plain washer between screw head and current lam-
ina. (lamina DMG Ident NR. 27069927).
