RENOVATION AGREEMENT

This is a contract agreement for renovation/construction work to be performed by RCBULAWAN

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES for MS. VIOLETA KHO made this _________day of_____________2019.

Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials necessary to the project located at Camella Alta
Subdivision Brgy. Biga 1, Silang Cavite.

Contractor shall construct the structure in conformance with the plans, specifications and break down
signed by owner and contractor and will do so in workmanlike manner.

Contractor shall complete the work fully finished within the time frame set for the date work started.

Owner shall pay contractor the sum PHP 989,305.00 in installments basis.

5. Final payment will be 20% upon completion of project.
