employment life cycle in line with organization’s vision of “making logistics human”
• Driving key business KPI of delivering pilot utilization in line with other business goals, through network
balance, pilot discipline and optimized allocation logics
❖ Achievements
• Brought down Avg. DNG (duty not given) time per duty from 11Hrs to 2.3Hrs through intelligent Unavailability
management system and better accounting of paydays resulting in 18% improvement in Pilot utilization (from
~5000Km/pilot/month to ~5900Km/pilot/month)
• Improved tech adoption among pilots – Duty Acceptance (from 69% to 87%), Trip Start (53% to 82%), BD
and puncture reporting through app (37% to 75%)
• Brought down pilot attrition from 7% to 3% through reframing and implementing objective ‘hiring-and -
onboarding’ policy, and strong compliance to induction trainings
• Took engagement index (response rate to surveys) from 37% to 82% on network level
❖ Achievements
• Ranked best cluster in all operational metrics (TAT, HWT, BWT, Cost) in the whole network
• Ensured segment wise performances by ensuring Hub Waiting Time (HWT), Border Waiting Time (BWT)
and sectional TATs within limit resulting client SLAs >95%
• Created the operations bible ‘Prime-Book’ for the business to train and induct human resources
• First to achieve 100% offline to online transition of cash transactions for clear traceability and plug over-limit
advances and leakages in the system
• Optimizing existing routes in the network for lower costs, saved Rs.144Mn/year in fuel and toll costs through
an alternative route

❖ Responsible for managing the biggest cost heads – Bathroom Amenities and Room Aesthetics
• Drove demand planning of bathroom amenities for 11k+ rooms inventory through consumption trend
analysis for different time durations
• Drove supply planning of amenities for 6500+ hotels across 185+ cities in India basis different lead times for
distribution and sourcing
• Devised and formulated replenishment science from scratch by defining reorder levels, safety stocks and
pre-fixing order quantities for each hotel across India
• Managed Inbound, Outbound and LMD. Owner of warehousing and 3PL sourcing activities and negotiations
• Managed sourcing and negotiation for in-room aesthetics
❖ Projects
• Conceptualized and built a platform for ordering and transparently tracking material through docket numbers
• Pioneered collaboration with Engineering, Products teams and external Vendors to gather and document
business requirement for in-house development of order management system, warehouse management
system and order tracking system.
• Identified alternative sourcing strategies to reduce buying risks.
• Designed end to end distribution network and reengineered warehousing strategy to achieve cost efficiency

in 5 months
• Reduced the average ‘Transformation Time’ for by 50% by enforcing activity duration

• Analyzed the Pre-engineered building market for accurate price discovery
• Saved 18% project cost (Rs0.9Mn) by identifying negotiation opportunities and streamlining sourcing
