• Scaled up business through design and implementation of systems for Pilot grievance redressal,

• Improved tech adoption among pilots – Duty Acceptance (from 69% to 87%), Trip Start (53% to 82%), BD
and puncture reporting through app (37% to 75%)
• Brought down pilot attrition from 7% to 3% through reframing and implementing objective ‘hiring-and -
onboarding’ policy, and strong compliance to induction trainings

• Drove demand planning of bathroom amenities for 11k+ rooms inventory through consumption trend
analysis for different time durations
• Drove supply planning of amenities for 6500+ hotels across 185+ cities in India basis different lead times for
distribution and sourcing
• Devised and formulated replenishment science from scratch by defining reorder levels, safety stocks and
pre-fixing order quantities for each hotel across India
• Managed Inbound, Outbound and LMD. Owner of warehousing and 3PL sourcing activities and negotiations
• Managed sourcing and negotiation for in-room aesthetics

• Conceptualized and built a platform for ordering and transparently tracking material through docket numbers
