This is to inform all concerned that the ORIENTATION ON THE 2019 NATIONAL SCHOOL BUILDING INVENTORY (NSBI) DATA GATETHERING FORMS shall proceed this February 2020 per additional clarification on the provisions of DepEd Memorandum No. 015, s. 2020. Please refer to the enclosures for the venue and schedule. 2. As part of the office's precautionary measures on COVID-19, participants who are exhibiting symptoms of fiu/fever should not attend the activity; those with coughs/colds are required to wear masks. 3. The following should be brought to the activity: laptop (1 per school), extension cord, portable wi- ficonnection, 2 copies of the accomplished NSBI forms signed by accountable school officals, updated site development plan and other relevant documents (site ownership document, etc). 4. ‘Those who are scheduled to attend on holidays/weekends shall be granted Compensatory Time- Off (CTO)/service credits. 5. Alllconcerned are requested to be at the venue before 8:00 A.M. 6. Provision of 2 snacks and 1 lunch shall come from support funds while travel expenses of school Participants shall be charged against local funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 7.
