About us
ASI – Assurance Services International – is an assurance partner for leading voluntary
sustainability standards and initiatives (read more about them here). ASI offers third-party
accreditation for voluntary certification schemes – in short, “auditing the auditors”. We also
design and oversee bespoke alternative assurance models to increase effectiveness and
manage oversight in our clients’ systems.
The ASI Team consists of more than 70 sustainability professionals with diverse backgrounds
and expertise. We have our headquarters in Bonn, Germany, an office in Kuala Lumpur,
Malaysia and colleagues based on every continent. We are proud of the diversity represented

We believe that “Good intentions are not enough” – sustainability claims have to be backed up
by evidence, underpinned by rigorous state of the art assurance systems.
ASI’s assurance work for leading voluntary standard systems is informed by various
information sources (“incidents”), and risk assessments which provide our integrity radar to
inform our global oversight work.
We are now looking for an Integrity Manager to lead our integrity investigations and help
preserve the credibility of the schemes we work with.
About You
• You are passionate about preserving the integrity of schemes through
targeted investigations of incidents, forensic or anti-fraud analyses,
sustainable supply chain mapping, and innovative solutions to address risks.
• You want to make a positive impact.
• Your work style is efficient and outcome oriented. You can be both detailed
oriented as well as a systems thinker. You are comfortable working
independently and have prior experience with team leadership and
development.
• Ideally, you would have gained your experience working in auditing, risk
management, CSR, supply chain integrity and in due diligence, working with
two or more natural commodity standard systems.
Your Role
As Integrity Manager, you will join the ASI Integrity Service Team (IST) and you will report directly
to the ASI Operations Director (OD).

Your Tasks
• Further develop our concepts for analysing transaction and forensic data as
well as enhance and find new ASI solutions for mapping the supply chain.
• Assess conformity with requirements in sustainability standards governing
supply chains and Conformity Assessment Bodies’ (CABs) oversight of the
chain-of-custody.
• Provide advice and analytical support to ASI senior management and clients
who are Scheme Owners (SOs) on critical issues for the review of integrity
risks.
• Provide support for PMs for assurance programs’ objective setting and
assessment targeting, reporting to SO, and communicating with CABs and
stakeholders.
• Liaise with SOs in relation to integrity issues and managing protocols for
working cohesively.
• Provide recommendations to ASI senior management and SOs on critical
issues.
• Develop IST and integrity investigation project plans, budget timelines, and
coordinating and supporting ASI investigator and/or Assessment Teams in
on-site and off-site activities.
• Ensure that integrity services follow all relevant procedures and ASI
processes and maintain all required internal and external reporting.
• Develop and expand ASI’s integrity services to new clients.
• Other duties as reasonably directed by the OD.
