Mr Dixon joined the Board as Chief Financial Officer in 2016. A Chartered Accountant,
he joined the Jardine Matheson group in 2006 from PricewaterhouseCoopers. He was
previously finance director of Astra, prior to which he was group treasurer of Jardine
Matheson from 2006 to 2010.

Adam Keswick
Mr Keswick joined the Board in 2012. Having joined Jardine Matheson in 2001, he
was appointed to the board in 2007 and was deputy managing director from 2012 to
2016. Mr Keswick is a director of Dairy Farm, Jardine Strategic and Mandarin Oriental.
He is also a director of Ferrari NV, and vice-chairman of the supervisory board of
Rothschild & Co, and is a director of Yabuli China Entrepreneurs Forum.

Anthony Nightingale
Mr Nightingale joined the Board in 2006 and was Managing Director of the Company
from 2006 to 2012. He is also a director of Dairy Farm, Jardine Cycle & Carriage,
Jardine Matheson, Jardine Strategic, Mandarin Oriental, Prudential, Schindler, Shui On
Land and Vitasoy, and a commissioner of Astra. He is chairperson of The Sailors Home
and Missions to Seafarers in Hong Kong.
Christina Ong
Mrs Ong joined the Board in May 2018. She is co-chairman and senior partner of
Allen & Gledhill as well as co-head of its financial services department. She is a
director of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation, SIA Engineering Company and
Singapore Telecommunications. She is also a member of the Catalist Advisory Panel
and a trustee of The Stephen A. Schwarzman Scholars Trust.
Y.K. Pang
Mr Pang has been a Director of the Company since 2007. He was Chief Executive of
the Group from 2007 to 2016. He is deputy managing director of Jardine Matheson,
chairman of Jardine Pacific, and chairman and chief executive of Jardine Motors. He
previously held a number of senior executive positions in the Jardine Matheson
group, which he joined in 1984. Mr Pang is also deputy chairman of Jardine Matheson
Limited, and a director of Dairy Farm, Jardine Matheson (China), Jardine Strategic,
Mandarin Oriental and Zhongsheng. He is Deputy Chairman of the Hong Kong
Management Association, a member of the Council and General Committee of the
Employers’ Federation of Hong Kong and a past chairman of the Hong Kong General
Chamber of Commerce.
Lord Sassoon, Kt
Lord Sassoon joined the Board in 2013. He began his career at KPMG, before joining
SG Warburg (later UBS Warburg) in 1985. From 2002 to 2006 he served as a civil
servant in the United Kingdom Treasury, where he had responsibility for financial
services and enterprise policy. He subsequently chaired the Financial Action Task
Force and conducted a review of the UK's system of financial regulation. From 2010 to
2013 Lord Sassoon was the first Commercial Secretary to the Treasury and acted as
the Government's Front Bench Treasury spokesman in the House of Lords. He is a
director of Dairy Farm, Jardine Matheson and Mandarin Oriental. He is also president
of the China-Britain Business Council.
James Watkins
Mr Watkins joined the Board in 2009. He was a director and group general counsel of
Jardine Matheson from 1997 to 2003. Mr Watkins qualified as a solicitor in 1969 and
was formerly a partner of Linklaters. He is also a director of IL&FS India Realty Fund II
and Mandarin Oriental.
Percy Weatherall
Mr Weatherall joined the Board in 1994 and was Managing Director from 2000 to
2006. He first joined the Jardine Matheson group in 1976 and retired from executive
office in 2006. He is also a director of Dairy Farm, Jardine Matheson, Jardine Strategic
and Mandarin Oriental. He is chairman of Corney & Barrow and the Nith District
Salmon Fishery Board.

Alain Cany began his career at Credit Commercial de France, holding various
executive position in France before moving to Hong Kong in 1985. In 1994 he
became general manager of CCF in Hong Kong. He then moved to HSBC as the
head of European business development at the regional headquarters in Hong
Kong and the president and chief executive officer for HSBC Vietnam for 4 years
from 2003.
Mr Cany has been group country chairman of Jardine Matheson Vietnam since
August 2007 and chief representative and senior advisor of N M Rothschild &
Sons until August 2013. Mr Cany has been co-chairman of the Vietnam Business
Forum (VBF) from 2012 to 2014, representing foreign businesses. Mr Cany was
chairman of Eurocham Vietnam for 7 years from 2005 to 2012. Mr Cany was
awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister on 6 January 2011 and a
Friendship Medal by the President of Socialist Republic of Vietnam on 30 March
2011. He holds a BA in economic sciences from the University of Paris and was
awarded Chevalier de la Legion d' Honneur (Knight of the Legion of Honour) by
the President of Republic of France in 2002 and Officer of the French National
Merit Order. Alain Cany is a French and Vietnamese dual national.

Mr. Pham Thanh Kien, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City's Department of Industry
and Trade congratulated EuroCham on the edition of its 10th Whitebook
More than 20 local Government and other relevant department officials were
present at the event, endorsed by the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City
and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam. Mr. Pham Thanh Kien - Director
of the Ho Chi Minh City People Committee's Department of Industry and Trade -
openened the session. Mr. Kien remarked that this event is symbolic of the good
dialogue between the private sector and local Government authorities. Mr. Vo
Tan Thanh - Deputy Director of the Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce and
Industry (VCCI) - also stressed the importance of the dialogue and the
opportunities that lie in Ho Chi Minh City's future plans. EuroCham also invited
former Chairman Mr.Alain Cany - Country Chairman of Jardine Matheson
Vietnam - who in turn took the audience through the History of the Whitebook
and of European trade advocacy in Vietnam since the 1990s.

in 2006. He had previously spent 16 years in investment banking with Dresdner Kleinwort
