Our Chatbot is about EventManagement .
In this there is an interaction between the
Bot and user about the booking of the
event.
The Bot asks the user Details such as
UserName and email.
After entering the details of the user the Bot
asks the user about the work.

The Bot shows some events which is going
to conduct and the user must select the
event.
The events given by the Bot are:-
 Wedding
 Parties
 Ceremonies
 Concerts

If the user select’s Event then Bot ask’s the
capacity of the event . After the user enter’s
the capacity the Bot saves into one of the
user details and ask to select location.
The Bot shows some of the location.

If the user selects Hotels it show some

Hotels and if the user selects function halls
it shows some function halls.

After the selection of location the Bot asks
to select food.

It shows two types of food such as
vegetarian and non-vegetarian .

If the user select’s vegetarian the Bot shows

the vegetarian items which are provided
And If the user select’s Non-vegetarian the
Bot shows the Non-vegetarian items which
are provided.

After the food selection the Bot asks to
select decoration to event conducted and it
shows the amount also.
After the selection of decoration the Bot
asks the user to continue or not .

If user responds “Yes” the Bot goes to
events again.
If user responds “No” the Bot asks the user
about the Date of event conducted and
time of the event starts.

After the entering of Date and time by the
user the Bot confirms the order.
