AFFIDAVIT

I, ESPERIDION R. SOLANO, of legal age, Filipino, married, with residence and

postal address at 68 Azucena St., Naga City Subd., Naga City after having been duly
sworn according to law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the registered and lawful owner of 2018 Hyundai Sta Fe with plate
number EAB 7534;

2. On December 22, 2019 I parked the aforesaid vehicle inside the compound of
Immaculate Concepcion Church, Concepcion Pequeña, Naga City while I
attended mass with my wife, Imelda N. Solano;

3. When we went out, I saw five children standing beside the said vehicle who left
when they saw us approaching;

4. Upon closer scrutiny, I saw that the said vehicle already had several damages to
it, such as dents and scratches. The same were undoubtedly caused by the
children I saw standing beside the said car;

5. I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts,
and for whatsoever legal intents and purposes it may serve.
