the police have falsely implicated the Petitioners / Accused for
the alleged offence U/sec of IPC.

3. The petitioner herein humbly submits that he/they belongs to a

respectable family and is the only earning member of his / their
family and his / their continuous judicial custody would affect
his / their family with starvation and cause hardship and mental
agony to the petitioners and his / their family.

4. The petitioner herein humbly submits that in the above said case
the police examined all witnesses in support of his / their case
and the investigation is completed and they are ready to abide
with the terms and conditions imposed by this Hon’ble court.

5. The petitioner herein humbly submits that they are ready to

furnish sureties to the satisfaction of this Hon’ble court.
