RESEARCH INSTRUMENTS
The survey consisted of a total of 44 questions comprising 6 items for
LOC, 9 items for CSMU, 3 questions on demographic profile, 10 items
for TPI, 10 items for RSE and 6 items for GSE

Total scores obtained from SMD Scale was obtained; if score is from 9 to 24 classified as with
CSMU (coded as 1) and scores 25 to 45 as without CSMU (coded as 0)
