programme entails the teaching of digital skills from a continuous perspective. It
includes training for teachers, trainers and staff. Some of our courses include:

● TRAINEESHIP: Inercia Digital offers digital skills traineeships for students of all
ages, in any field of study or work. We provide our own traineeship programme
for university students and vocational training students.
Inercia Digital is implementing the ISO 29990:2010 in every course and training session
(a specific quality benchmark/standard that recognises providers of non-formal
education and training); introduced as a result of CooperActive- Erasmus+, Ka2 Project-
Capacity Building in the field of Youth Project (2015).
On the basis of the DigComp 2.0 conceptual reference model, Inercia Digital develops all
their courses on The European Reference Framework of Digitally Competent Educational
Organisation (DigCompOrg) and European Framework for the Digital Competence of
Educators (DigCompEdu) models. Both are initiatives by the European Commission,
Directorate General for Education and Culture (DG EAC).
Inercia Digital was appointed a new member of the “Digital Skills and Jobs Coalition”
division of the European Commission in 2017, and AENOR awarded us the Certificate of
Compliance with AENOR EA0043 as a Young Innovative Enterprise in 2015.
Thanks to its qualified personnel, its experience and its facilities, Inercia Digital has the
potential to develop this project successfully. After having successfully carried out so
many different projects and organised so many varied training sessions, this company
has trained professionals from all over Europe with excellent results and satisfaction
levels. The direct and positive impact of Inercia Digital on employment and manpower
(workers and students) has been proven time and time again and can be seen by taking a
look at the company’s past, present and envisaged future.
Inercia Digital offers training and traineeship in digital skills with a relentless drive for
innovation. Over time we have developed a series of training programmes in order to
address the specific needs of schools in terms of their digitalisation goals. With our
specialised ICT training for teachers and school staff, we promote the use of digital
competences in an educational environment for teachers, students and other members
of staff.
We have ample, accredited experience acquired through our activities and ongoing
participation in Erasmus+ ka2 programmes. This experience includes:

skills, experience and competences of workers at reception centres for
asylum seekers and refugees (ASRs).
- Developing a specific toolkit to facilitate the evaluation and
evidence-backed analysis of ASR operators’ skills and competences.
- Conducting comparative research on innovative education in Europe
and on the current needs of VET teachers.
- Designing and hosting training activities for VET teachers and trainers on
“Innovative teaching: pedagogical and technological aspects" in Spain.
- Contributing to the design of a Project Management Handbook and the
Handbook for ITC integration in schools.
- Creating a website and Open Educational Resource to make content
accessible
- Offering the “Disco & Digital Environment” training which includes an E-
learning platform, Virtual campus, Web 2.0 (Trello, Slack and Google
Drive), Digital resources and Social networks
- Developing a Curricular Auxiliary for Mechatronics, a collection of
teaching materials resulting from cooperation and joint work.
- Writing up the Guideline for Mechatronics.
- Developing a database/portal for job seekers at a European level (JOB
IMPULSE), enabling job seekers to highlight skills and competences
acquired in the frame of transnational mobility actions.
- Creating training paths about preparatory training and job guidance in
order to boost the potential of transnational mobility actions.
- Developing dissemination events and training programmes at a
European Level.
Inercia Digital has ample international and European experience, inside and outside the
Erasmus+ Programme. We have worked on developing a plethora of European projects
that we have also managed. In fact, in recent times, our focus has shifted to training
educators, teachers, investigators,trainers and other staff members at education
institutions with our active involvement in projects like the following:
• DAE: Strategies for Digital Adult Education. Inercia Digital coordinates this
project. The project seeks to promote the use of ICT in adult centers, in line with
the horizontal priority "open and innovative education". Strategic Partnerships
