Subject : Nutrition Month Culminating
Good day!
Kindly take note of the important reminders for the Nutrition Month Culminating program tomorrow:
1. The program will be at 9:00-11:30a.m. Please usher the pupils to the Coliseum before 9AM.
A. Part 1 is at 9:00-10:00a.m. (to be participated by all pupils from Pre-k to Grade 6). After the program, the
Pre-K, Kindergarten, Grades 1,2 and 3 shall go back to their respective classrooms for another activity to be
facilitated by the Grade 6 pupils.
B. Part 2 is at 10:00-11:30a.m. This is when the Rethink your Drink Campaign sponsored by Thirsty Shakes and
Juices takes place. Only the Grades 4 and 5 levels will participate.
2. A copy of of the programme is given today. Please take a look at the flow of the activities especially the order
of presentation for NutriFooDance contest. You may give in advance a copy of your music to Ms. Toledo
3. Each grade level is requested to be together in going to the coliseum for documentation purposes (as this
should appear to be a parade; the original plan is to have a parade but cancelled due to time constraint).
4. Upon arriving at the coliseum, please proceed to your assigned location. Refer to the attached seat plan.
5. Kindly excuse the program participants from their classes this morning. They will have their rehearsals at
8:00-11:30a.m. Please refer to the attached list.
6. There will be a free lunch during the culminating day. Just claim it personally in the Elementary office.
