MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

BETWEEN THE SAN FRANCISCO INTEGRATED SCHOOL AND THE SCHOOLS DIVISION OF TARLAC
PROVINCE

KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Memorandum of Agreement executed this 19th day of February 2020 at the Schools Division of Tarlac
between SAN FRANCISCO INTEGRATED SCHOOL herein represented by its principal, ROMEO G. TORNO

The SCHOOLS DIVISION OF TARLAC PROVINCE, with the office address at San Roque, Tarlac City
represented herein by its Regional Director, Schools Division Superintendent DR. RONALDO A. POZON

WITNESSETH

Whereas, San Francisco Integrated School is a would-be established educational institution mandated to provide
quality K-12 Education for excellent development of learners.

Whereas, San Francisco Elementary School is cognizant of its role to protect and promote the right of
every Filipino to quality, equitable, culture-based and complete basic education where students learn in a
child-friendly, gender sensitive and safe and motivating environment.

Teachers facilitate learning and constantly nurture every learner. Administrators and staff, as stewards of
the institution, ensure an enabling and supportive environment for effective learning to happen.

Family, community and other stakeholders are actively engaged and share responsibility for developing
life-long learners.

Whereas, the Schools Division of Tarlac Province, cognizant of its role to ensure the promotion of the Department
of Education’s Vision and Mission congruent to San Francisco Elementary School’s role stated above by providing
the funds needed in its establishment.

Now, therefore, for in consideration of the foregoing premises, the party hereby agree on the:

INTEGRATION OF ALL THE CRUCIAL RESOURCES (INCLUDING ALL HUMAN AND PHYSICAL
RESOURCES) OF SAN FRANCISCO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (SFES) AND BENIGNO S AQUINO
NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL EXTENSION (BSANHS-EXTENSION)

This agreement shall take effect immediately upon signing and shall remain valid and binding unless revoked.

In witness whereof, the parties have affixed their signature on the date and place above
