DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Donation is entered into by and between:

__________________, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Ormoc City,

Leyte, Philippines, hereinafter called the “DONOR”;

__________________________, of legal age, Filipino, married and a

resident of ______________________, Philippines, hereinafter called the
“DONEE”;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the DONOR is the registered owner and possessor of that

certain parcel of land, described as follows:

“A parcel of land designated as Lot ____________ of the subdivision plan,

Psd-_________________-D (AR), being a portion of Lot ___________, with the
improvements thereon, situated in the Brgy. ___________________, City of
Ormoc, Island of Leyte. Bounded on xxx xxx xxx; containing an area of
_________________________ (______________) SQUARE METERS, more or
less covered by TCT No. __________________ issued by the office of the Registry
of Deeds for the City of Ormoc”

WHEREAS, the DONOR wish to donate the above-mentioned property to

the DONEE named above and the latter agreed to accept said donation;

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, the parties agreed as

follows:

1. As an act of liberality and generosity, the DONOR hereby voluntarily

and freely gives, transfers, and conveys, by way of donation, unto said
DONEE, all of the rights, title and interests which said DONOR has in
the above-described parcel of land with improvements free from all liens,
encumbrances and charges whatsoever;

2. The property herein donated by the DONOR to the DONEE shall solely
be used for road right of way only, and the DONEE shall not sell,
mortgage, lease or use the land for any other purpose;

3. The DONOR further state, for the same purposes as express in the next
preceding paragraph that this donation is not made with the object of
defrauding its creditors, having reserved to its properties sufficient to
answer for its debts contracted prior to this date.

4. The DONEE hereby receives and accepts the donation made in favor by
the DONORS for the purpose stated in paragraph 2 above and hereby
express his appreciation and gratefulness for the kindness and generosity
of the DONORS.

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for the City of Ormoc, Leyte, Philippines,

CEI aforementioned above known to me and to me known to be the same persons
who executed the foregoing instrument and they acknowledged to me that the same
are their own free and voluntary act and deed as well as for the uses and purposes
therein set forth.
This instrument consisting of two (2) pages relate to a Deed of Donation and
the same has been signed by the parties herein together with their witnesses.
