He also tested Adil to efficiently analyse that whether the girl was raped by Adil or not? After the analysis he
stated in one of his reports that he was unable to find any link between Adil & the Girl to prove that the girl was
raped by Adil.
 

External examination: 

The external examination revealed a female with fair skin and black hair, 5’3” in height and 

weighing 53 kg. The victim was wearing a white kurta which was torn and a multi-coloured 

dupatta, with mud stains and sand particles. Two crescent shaped nail abrasion marks 

measuring 1.5 cm were present on the left side of the neck and diffused bruises were present 

obliquely on the right side of the neck. Ligature marks were present. The hymen was found to 

be torn. Mucosa of the stomach, small intestine and large intestine were found congested. 

20cm of cylindrical rod has been inserted into it which has caused the hymnal tear into 3 ‘o’ 

clock to 8 ‘o’ clock in position.

TESTIMONIAL OF ADIL KHAN (ACCUSED)  

The  plight  of the Muslim community was indeed stressful and the daily news was like a headache 

revolving  around  communal  tensions  in  the  country.  The  dominance  of the majority population 
grew to such an extent that they started oppressing us in every way possible. The main reason for 
writing  the  article  was,  firstly,  to  draw  the  attention  of  the  government  towards  this  issue  and, 
secondly,  to  encourage  my  own  community  to  raise  their  voices  to  protect  and  recognise  their 
fundamental  rights  which  were  directly  or  indirectly  infringed  by  those  who  believe  that being a 
Muslim  is  a  sin.  I  ask  these  people,  "How  can  they  decide  that  a  person  is  a  terrorist  or  an 
anti-national  merely  on  the  basis  of  his/her  religion"?  I  myself  have  written  several  articles 
against such terrorists and their activities in the same blog, but no one even cares to acknowledge 
it.  Everyone  is  just  inclined  to  prove  that  I  am neither a terrorist nor an anti-national, but let me 
tell you I am a learner and follower of Islam and a doer of Abibi. 
The  false  accusations  that are placed on me out of hatred are null and void to the ground 
and  I  deny  the  fact  that  I  am  guilty  of  any  of  these  charges.  I  was  not  in  the  hostel  for  a  week, 
went  to  my  Uncle's  place,  and  in  the  midst  of  all  this  someone  is  trying  to  frame  me  for  these 
charges. I am nowhere connected to the girl; I've never seen her and I do not know who she is.
