FACTS OF THE CASE:

Roberto Mag-aso, the person complained of, live-in partner of Lucy Felias, herein the
complainant, arrived in their unit at about 8 o’clock in the evening of March 26, 2019. He was
drunk. He called up Lucy and for no reason boxed, punched, kicked, and slapped her. She
manage to escape and went straight to her friend’s house who accompanies her to the Police
Station.
