Quality of Products

1. Cases of Nestle

Our investigation team has find out shopkeepers and distributors who were selling
counterfeited Powder milk having renowned brands NIDO & BUNYAD by
undercover investigation. Our team get trust of imitator by placing Trappe Order
of counterfeited Product. After getting evidences our team has conducted raid
against them with the coordination of KP FOOD Authority and KP Police and
lodged FIR against them in Peshawar.

Dis advantages:

Counterfeited Product was very harmful for citizens of Pakistan especially babies.

2. Fresher Juice

Our investigation team has find out the imitator who was manufacturing counterfeited
juice by using one renowned brand of beverages industry “Fresher Juice”. Our team
has placed Trappe Order for fully prepared Fresher Juice. Our team has conducted raid
at manufacturing place with the coordination of Punjab Food Authority and arrested
Imitator and recovered huge quantity of chemicals that used in juice. We have also
recovered machines, bottles, and packaging of different brands of beverage industry.

3. ROOH AFZA

1. Person was manufacturing and selling “Beverage” with name of “ROKH AFZA”
in Lahore. We have delivered legal notice to him to restrain the manufacturing and
selling if counterfeited “ROKH AFZA”. He gave us undertaking and stopped
manufacturing and selling of “ROKH AFZA”.
2. Four to Five Persons were manufacturing and selling “Beverage” with name of
“ROOH FIZA” in Faisalabad. We have delivered legal notices to them to restrain
the manufacturing and selling if counterfeited “ROOH FIZA”. They gave us
undertaking and stopped manufacturing and selling of “ROOH FIZA”.
3. Person was manufacturing and selling “Beverage” with name of “Jan FIZA” in
Lahore. We have delivered legal notice to him to restrain the manufacturing and
selling if counterfeited “Jan FIZA”. He gave us undertaking and stopped
manufacturing and selling of “Jan FIZA”.
4. Person was manufacturing and selling “Beverage” with name of “Taskeen-e-
Rooh” in Lahore. We have delivered legal notice to him to restrain the
manufacturing and selling if counterfeited “Taskeen-e-Rooh”. He gave us
undertaking and stopped manufacturing and selling of “Taskeen-e-Rooh”.
5. Person was manufacturing and selling “Agri Products” with name of “Hamdard
Agri Care” in Lahore. We have delivered legal notice to him to remove the name
of “Hamdard” from his business name but he did not bother to our three legal
notices. Now we have submitted “Suit for Infringement” against imitator and get
stay order as well.
6. As per Instructions of Company we had Conducted Investigations to find out the
imitators of counterfeited “ROOH AFZA” in Lahore, Kohat, Banu, and Charsadda.
After completion of our investigation KP Food Authority had conducted two
successful Raids at Noshehra District of KPK and recovered huge quantity of
chemicals, flavors, Packaging and prepared bottles and cartons of counterfeited
“ROOH AFZA, JAM-E-SHEERIN, PEPSI, SUPRITE, MERINDA, COCO
COLA and other famous beverages.
7. After completing Investigation in Lahore we had found three famous imitators at
Lahore who Provides all packaging including Bottle, Cap, Label and Cartons of
Counterfeited “ROOH AFZA”. They have recently closed their business for the
time being. Our marketing surveillance team is closely monitoring them, as they
will start working we will take legal action against them. We have placed Trappe
order of counterfeited “ROOH AFZA” from an imitator, he provided us
counterfeited Products, now we have plan to lodge FIR against him.
8. There were many person who were running their Dawakhana with name of
Hamdard Dawakhana. We contacted them and said to remove the name of
“Hamdard” from business name because it was against law of trademarks. They
have changed their name and gave us undertaking.
9. There were many person who were running their Mattab with name of Hamdard
Mattab. We contacted them and said to remove the name of “Hamdard” from
business name because it was against law of trademarks. They have changed their
name and gave us undertaking.

Note:

Best Benefit of these activities to restrain the selling and manufacturing of

counterfeited or substandard Products having lowest quality. People will get best
and quality product that has met with all standards of quality.
4. Boss Furniture

Person was selling “Switches and Sockets” with name of “BOSS” in Lahore having
exactly same logo of “BOSS FURNITURES”. We gave an application to SP
Office. SP gave instructions to SHO to lodge FIR against imitator. FIR has lodged
and huge amount of counterfeited “Switches and Sockets” were seized and imitator
was arrested.

5. ATLAS HONDA

1. Our MSS department has reported the incident of counterfeiting of Atlas Honda’s
famous brands. Our experienced investigators have find out three places where
imitators were manufacturing & selling “Half and Full GASKET” of CD70,
CD100 & CD125 with using exactly same logo of “ATLAS HONDA” and similar
Logo “ATLES HONDA” at Jaranwala. We had placed Trappe Order of
Counterfeited Products and conducted three Successful raids with Coordination of
FIA against imitators and logged FIRs. We have recovered huge amount
counterfeited Products and seized their ware houses and machineries. We have
contested against bail of imitator in Intellectual Property Tribunal and pursue the
case in court as well. Now High court has ordered to FIA to keep all counterfeited
Products in its custody.
2. Our MSS department has reported the incident of counterfeiting of Atlas Honda’s
famous brands. Our experienced investigators have find out three places where
imitators were manufacturing & selling “Brake Shu, Engine Oil, Air Filter,
Chain Sprocket Kit etc.” of CD70, CD100 & CD125 with using exactly same logo
of “ATLAS HONDA” at Jang Road Faisalabad. We had placed Trappe Order of
Counterfeited Products and conducted Two Successful raids with Coordination of
FIA against imitators and logged FIRs. We have recovered huge amount
 counterfeited Products and seized their ware houses and machineries. We have
contested against bail of imitator in Intellectual Property Tribunal and pursue the
case in court as well.

imitators were manufacturing & selling “ENGINE OIL” of CD70, CD100 &
CD125 with using exactly same logo, Label, Packaging and bottle “ATLAS
HONDA” at Mian Channu and Sahiwal. We had placed Trappe Order of
Counterfeited Products and conducted Three Successful raids with Coordination of
FIA against imitators and logged FIRs. We have recovered huge amount
counterfeited Products and seized their ware houses and machineries. We have
contested against bail of imitator in Intellectual Property Tribunal and pursue the
case in court as well.
4. We have reported many cases of counterfeiting of different brands of “ATLAS
HONDA”. We will conduct raids in Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Okara, and
many other cities of Punjab against the imitators of “ATLAS HONDA”.

5. DINGLING

1. It is one of the famous brand of “Cosmetic Industry” of China. Someone applied

for trademark registration with the name of “DINGLING” in the same category of
trademark registration of Pakistan. We have reported case of counterfeiting to the
Original Owner of brand “DINGLING” in china. They gave us power of attorney
and we restrain the registration of counterfeited “DINGLING”. We had filed
Trademark Opposition against the imitator and restrain his registration in trademark
Registry of Pakistan. As per Instruction of owner of Original brand we have
conducted survey to check the counterfeiting of “DINGLING” in famous cities of
Pakistan. We found huge amount of counterfeited products like “DINGLING”,
 “DIGLING”, “DIGILIG”, “DINGLONG” and many others. We had prepared
legal notices and delivered through our lawyers to the famous markets of Lahore,
Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and Rawalpindi. In this way we have controlled
on counterfeited on large scale by educating to local shopkeeper about difference
between Original and counterfeited Products.

6. Bear Max, Turbo and Koyo Bearings

1. Our MSS department has reported the incident of counterfeiting of Bearings of

famous brand “Bear Max, Turbo, & Koyo Bearings”. Our experienced
investigators have find out three places where imitators were manufacturing &
selling “Bear Max, Turbo, & Koyo Bearings” of Motor bikes Cars and heavy
vehicles with using exactly same logo, Label, Packaging “Bear Max” at Lahore,
Rawalpindi, Quetta, Gujranwala, Multan and Karachi. We had placed Trappe
Order of Counterfeited Products and conducted Successful raids with Coordination
of Police and FIA against imitators and logged FIRs in all mentioned cities. We
have recovered huge amount counterfeited Products and seized huge quantity of
counterfeited Products. We have contested against bail of imitator in Intellectual
Property Tribunal and pursue the case in court as well. We won cases and imitators
bear heavy fine from court. Bear Max, Turbo, & Koyo Bearings are three different
brands in automotive industry. These are not working only in Pakistan but in many
other areas of World as well.

7. Care Cosmetics

1. Our MSS department has reported the incident of counterfeiting of Cosmetics of

famous brand “Care”. Our experienced investigators have find out different places
where imitators were manufacturing & selling “Care Honey Lotion, Care Hair
 Remover Cream, & Care Cream Bleach” of using exactly same logo, Label,
Packaging of products of “Care” at Lahore, Faisalabad, and other areas of Pakistan.
In this case imitator also get registration of brand “Care” as well. Owner of Original
“Care” won cases from Intellectual Property Tribunal. In this we had conducted
successful raid against imitator at Faisalabad and recover huge quantity of
counterfeited “Care Honey Lotion, Care Hair Remover Cream, & Care Cream
Bleach”.
2. Our MSS department has reported the incident of counterfeiting of Cosmetics of
famous brand “Care”. We find out the imitators who were manufacturing and
selling counterfeited “Care Nipple” by using exactly same logo, Packaging, and
Label of Original “Care”. We have conducted raid with the coordination of Police
at Faisalabad and recovered huge amount of counterfeited “Care Nipple”. FIR has
lodged and imitator was arrested.

Role of Shoukat Hussain in Anti-counterfeiting:-

SAFINAZ”. He has also find out the manufacturing Units where huge amount of
“KHADI, GUL AHMAD, & SNA SAFINAZ” were manufactured.

4. Golden Pearl, Stillmans, & Faiza Beauty Cream

He has conducted heavy raids in Lahore and recovered huge quantity of counterfeited
“Beauty Creams and Chemicals for Preparing Beauty Creams” of exactly same
logo of “Golden Pearl, Stillmans, & Faiza Beauty Cream”. He has also find out the
manufacturing Units where huge amount of “Golden Pearl, Stillmans, & Faiza
Beauty Cream” were manufactured.
5. Hilal, Candyland and Jojo Foods
He has conducted heavy raids in Lahore, Sahiwal, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and other
areas of Punjab and recovered huge quantity of counterfeited “Confectionary
Products” of exactly same logo of “Hilal, Candyland and Jojo Foods”. He has
also find out the manufacturing Units where huge amount of “Hilal, Candyland
and Jojo Foods” were manufactured.

6. Pakistan Cables & Newage Cables

He has conducted heavy raids in Lahore, recovered huge quantity of counterfeited
“Electric Wires” of exactly same logo of “Pakistan Cables & Newage Cables”.
He has also find out the manufacturing Units where huge amount of “Pakistan
Cables & Newage Cables” were manufactured.

7. Chief Engine
He has conducted heavy raids in Lahore, recovered huge quantity of counterfeited
“Engines” of exactly same logo of “Chief Engine”. He has also find out the
manufacturing Units where huge amount of “Chief Engine” were manufactured.
He has recovered almost counterfeited products heaving amount of 200, 00,000/- (2
Cror).
8. GSK
He has conducted heavy raids in Lahore, recovered huge quantity of counterfeited
“Medicines” of exactly same logo of famous Company in Pharmaceutical Industry
“GSK”. He has also find out the retailor and distributors of counterfeited Products
and recover huge quantity of “Medicines” having exactly same logo and packaging
of GSK”.
