ACCOUNT PLAN
This Account Plan has been developed based on the information gathered from communications between Rwanda
Revenue Authority and ICDL Foundation with a view to Rwanda Revenue Authority becoming an ICDL Accredited
Test Centre.

Developing an in-depth account plan enables both parties to establish whether a partnership would be mutually
beneficial.

This Account Plan provides both parties with a strategy for a successful partnership, detailing product selection,
product implementation, pricing model, sales strategy, technical and quality assurance requirements.

The data within this Account Plan is a true and accurate representation of the organization, proposed sales
strategies and first year goals of Rwanda Revenue Authority to become an ICDL Accredited Test Centre.
