agreed to buy the LAND;

HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND AND 00/100 (₱ 2,210,000.00) Philippine Currency, receipt of which in full is
hereby acknowledged by the VENDOR, the VENDOR hereby Sell, Transfer and Convey in favor of the
VENDEE, all their assigns or successors-in-interest, the above-described properties, free from all liens
and encumbrances.
