1. Introduction
Purpose: To facilitate the automation service for registering students for Convocation.
The Convocation portal can be accessed by logging into Campus Management End-to-End
Solution with the given credentials through the following URL:

Steps of registration for Convocation
1. Browse www.admission.gsfcuniversity.ac.in
2. Login using the credentials received in SMS.

4. Fill the form with the necessary details (Mobile number, Address and other details),
Click “Save” to proceed for payment.
NOTE: All the details shall be fetched automatically from the database. Kindly ensure
these details before submitting the form. Details once submitted cannot be edited.

7. In order to take a print for the payment receipt, visit Convocation tab – a column for
receipt will be shown which will redirect the page to Fee Paid page where the
printing option shall be accessible.
