2. Withdraw the PGM module from the Primus housing.

2. Before mounting the top cover, check the following


points: Are all electrical connections plugged in? Are
the tubes all connected and without kinks? Are all
components firmly screwed down inside the PGM
module? Do all housing interlocks fit together (for
example see Fig. 7)?

3. Tilt the side panel slightly (Fig. 7/1) and open up the top
cover.

1. Refit the PGM housing in the reverse order of its


removal, as described in section 1.5.1 Removing PGM )LJ Example: housing interlocks
housing .
Note the following points during the various operations.

8. Unscrew the four ILCA fixing screws (see Fig. 14).


7. Unplug the electrical connection to the O2 sensor from
the ILCA (see Fig. 13).

3. Refit the electrical connections and tubing in the


reverse order of their removal (see section 1.4
Connection diagram/tubing diagram).
4. Fit the PGM housing (see section 1.5.2 Fitting the PGM
housing).

1. Remove the PGM module (see section 1.5 Removing


the PGM module).
2. Unplug the electrical connector from the IRIA (see Fig.
12).
3. Remove the four IRIA fixing screws (see Fig. 15 ).

1. Place the ILCA on a flat surface and transfer the


remaining tubing to the new ILCA (see section 1.4
Connection diagram/tubing diagram).

In the following fitting operation, first insert the


insulating foil between the ILCA and the housing.

2. Secure the new ILCA with the four fixing screws

1. Disconnect the tubing from the IRIA and transfer it to


the new IRIA (see Fig. 16).

4. Place the IRIA on a flat surface.

2. Disconnect the two tube fittings from the IRIA and


transfer them to the new IRIA (see Fig. 17)

3. Lay out two tubes and the O2 sensor cable underneath

4. Screw in the four IRIA fixing screws (see Fig. 14).


5. Plug in the electrical connector to the IRIA (see Fig.
12).
6. Fit the PGM housing (see section 1.5.2 Fitting the PGM
housing).

unscrew the two fixing screws (see Fig. 19).

3. Fit the new fan in keeping with the direction of flow (see

3. Take the cover plate out of the housing (see Fig. 21). the O2 sensor housing (see Fig. 13 or section 1.4
Connection diagram/tubing diagram).
3. Lay the tube to the pump, to the T-piece of S2 and the
O2 sensor cable underneath the IRIA (see Fig. 18).
4. Screw in the four IRIA fixing screws (see Fig. 14 ).
5. Plug in the electrical connector to the IRIA (see Fig.
12).
6. Fit the PGM housing (see section 1.5.2 Fitting the PGM
housing).

4. Slacken the two fixing screws enough for the O2


sensor housing to be removed (see Fig. 21).
