AFFIDAVIT OF WITHDRAWAL OF PROTEST

I, DIONA KANGLEON PEREZ, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of

Brgy.Zone I, Sogod, Southern Leyte, Philippines, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, depose and say:

1. That on September 4, 2017 I sent a letter of protest to the Register of

Deeds and to the CENRO OFFICE of Maasin City, indicating my protest
and interest over the land, LOT No: 436, situated in Zone I, Sogod,
Southern Leyte, and requested the latter offices to hold all transactions
pertaining to the said Lot;
2. However, upon further verification I found out that the subject Lot is
not the land which I have an interest; it is Lot No: 63-C.
3. Further, I and the surviving spouse of my sister, the late MINVILUZ
KANGLEON VILLAMOR had agreed to settle the issues amicably;
4. Hence, this letter is addressed to the Honorable Offices to cancel my
protest pertaining to the Lot No: 436;
5. That I executed this affidavit to attest the truth of the above facts for
whatever legal intents and purposes it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 31 st
