I. RATIONALE

A. VISION AND MISSION

VISION

Our business goal is to be the leading manufacturer of corporate recycled

bags in the Philippines that supports recycling and offers environment-friendly

crafts and to be the company that satisfies the product, service, customers as well

as reducing the waste that affects the nature

MISSION

Clutch Craze for life aims to be a symbol of creativity and love of nature

by producing quality and fashionable bags and accessories like headband, wallet,

bracelet and mini cabinet for the accessories from recycled papers which will

significantly promote an eco-friendly community and responsible consumers.

B. OBJECTIVES AND SIGNIFICANCE:

OBJECTIVES

 To exceed customers’ expectations.

 To give customers the good service that they expect from us.

 To make our shop bigger and franchise from different parts of the country.

 To prove that papers can also produce great products.


SIGNIFICANCE

Our shop doesn't just provide good quality products, but we also promote

recycling of materials to produce great products and outcomes. We aim for a shop

that offers a great service that can create delight to the customers. We also

exercise harmonious relationships with the employees who work in our shop. We

promise you to give the service that you need, and we will make sure that your

money will not be put into waste. And we will make sure that the profit that we

will be gaining shall be used into improvement of our shop's betterment.

C. SPECIFICATION OF THE BULIDING OR LOCATION

Our building includes a sliding door made up of glass and an emergency

exit with a door made up of wood and metal which would be easier to access in

case of emergency. The interior design of our building includes painting and

displays of the bags that we made out of papers. Our shop has bag and wallet

section at the center. Bracelet and headband is located at the side of the door. Our

shop has two (2) comfort rooms for both male and female. The mini cabinet is at

the right side of the shop. Our shop also has on pair of wooden table and chair for

the cashier and three pairs of round table for customers who will wait for their

orders. Outside, we have a long chair for customers who prefers to wait outside

the shop. Our shop is fully airconditioned.

III. PROJECT LOCATION

A. SITE WHERE THE PROJECT WILL BE UNDERTAKEN:

Clutch and Craze is located at G Building, Covelandia Road, Brgy. Balsahan-

Binakayan, Kawit, Cavite near Seaoil Binakayan and Binakayan Hospital and Medical

Center

B. UPDATED MAP OF THE SITE

We chose to establish the building at G Building, Covelandia Road, Brgy. Balsahan-

Binakayan, Kawit, Cavite near SeaoilBinakayan and Binakayan Hospital and Medical Center

because it is located near the road or highway and it can be easily accessed by people who are
travelling. It can serve as a souvenir or gift shop for them that they can buy some gifts for their

loved ones. It is also located near Our Lady of Fatima Parish Church where people can go and

visit after mass to buy some gifts. We are also located near the gas station which can be

accessible to random people who would want to buy some items that can be useful for daily

activities. It is also accessible to students who are studying at Our Lady of Fatima Academy.

C. FLOOR PLAN

Our building is established with two comfort rooms, a fire exit and an entrance and exit

passageway. We have three sections at the center of our shop, the wallet and bag sections.

There is also a small cabinet section wherein some products are displayed. There are also

small sections for bracelet and headband section. There is also a cashier located at the near of

entrance and exit.


D. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

A. PROCEDURE FOR BUYING


1) Before the customer enters the shop, she/he will be greeted by the service crew

and give a flyer about our products and the customer will be accompanied by

service crew inside.

2) Then after that, the sales lady and service crew will assist the customer inside the

shop.

3) The sales lady will introduce our product and the customer can ask questions to

her.

4) After the sales lady advertise our product, the customer will pick or chose a

product that she or he desires.

5) Next, the customer will look at the shelves where our products are placed in.

6) She/he will pick or chose a product.

7) When the customer already chose a product, she will proceed to the counter and

pay it.

8) Lastly after paying, the craft maker will put the product in the paper bag and give

it to the customer and will thank him/her.

B. PROCEDURE DONE WHEN MAKING THE PRODUCTS

 BAG

1) Prepare the materials needed.

2) Make sure that the length of the paper to be cut is a measure of a whole ruler.

3) Trace it using a pencil.


4) Cut the paper in the same measurement as how you traced it.

5) Set aside the cut papers.

6) Fold it into half in lengthwise.

7) Fold it again into another half until it becomes thin.

8) Do the same for other papers until you crate a lot more, enough for your

product.

9) Weave all the folded paper until it looks like a mat.

10) Prepare a box or any hard paper for the base.

11) Cut it in the shape of hexagon.

12) Paste all the woven papers into the hexagon box using glue gun.

13) Weave another three of the folded papers as is it is a braided hair. It will serve

as the sling of the bag.

14) Paste the sling to the bag.

15) Paint the bag with any color as how the customer likes it.

 HEADBAND

1) Prepare the materials: paper, scissors, glue stick, headband (skeleton).

2) Line the paper into a size of 1 inch of a ruler.

3) Fold the line of the paper.

4) Cut the line after folding it.

5) After cutting it, fold the paper into two.

6) Make three folded paper.

7) Braid the newspaper just like how you braid hair.

8) After you braid it, trace and glue it to the skeleton of the headband.
9) Add designs.

10) Cut the excess braided newspaper. Make sure it fits perfectly to the skeleton

of the headband, and glue tightly.

 BRACELET

1) Gather all the materials that will be needed: strings, art paper, scissor, glue

2) Cut the art paper into strips

3) Roll the art paper with a whole in the middle on it.

4) Put the strings on the art paper.

5) Repeat the procedure on the number 3 and 4.

6) Then, when the strings are filled with art paper, tie it forming a bracelet.

 MINI CABINET

1) Measure the size of the illustration board.

2) Cut every part of the board.

3) Fix them and paste them together as a base.

4) Do the drawers with the dividers.

5) Design the drawer.

6) Add some extra features at the top like a mirror and small drawers.

7) Design the whole cabinet.

 WALLET

1) Choose your paper.

2) Fold the paper in half, vertically.

3) Fold the sides of the paper to the side.


4) Fold down the top part of the paper.

5) Choose your paper again.

6) Cut the paper that has the same size as an ATM card or any card as many as you

can.

7) Paste it.

A. TYPE AND NUMBER OF WORKERS NEEDED FOR THE OPERATION

The workers should be 18 or above years old. Manager must be a college graduate and are

able to lead his or her co-worker. For service crew, cashier, sales lady/sales clerk and craft

maker, they should have atleast highschool level educational attainment. Ethics and etiquettes
would be strictly observed under the working hours. Employees should be flexible, honest,

punctual, hardworking and can work under pressure.

B. TARGET MARKET:

Our target market are people who has admirations with recycled materials, including

mothers and teenagers. Our location is related near the school and gasoline station means,

it is accessible for many people who loves to consume recycled materials. Mothers,

usually rely on the quality of the products rather than its price which complements our

shop's characteristic as we sell good quality products
