Notes / Examples
The tool that was used to create this chart is the one
that says bar chart.

The trends that the spreadsheet shows is that at the
beginning of the year nothing was sold as it was no
special type of season. However, at the end of the
year it started to rise as it was christmas, so 2 or 3
months before christmas people start to do their
shopping for christmas.
It is important for the data to be accurate because if
the owners of the business check what stock has
been sold and their data wasn't accurate then there
would be a problem with the fact that they won't
know exactly what has been sold and what to buy
more for the business.
The key piece of information that is missing from the
chart is that they could write an explanation about
what it is all about and what kind of business was
this used for.
The feature that was used to hold the data down the
left hand side of the graph was that it was the
currency on the format of the spreadsheet making
and that's how the numbers were created.
How would the cells be formatted The cells are formatted by making the months of the

What tools and functions did you The tools I used for this is creating a table for all of

How did you format the cells across I formatted the cells at the top by having all my dates

What function did you use to carry The way I carried out my calculations was by creating

How did you copy data from one I copied the data from cell to cell by making all of the

What is good about this graph / The good thing about this graph is that rather than
spreadsheet? working it out physically it is better for the device to
do it for you but the data has to be correct and also
everything else on there.

What is not so good about this The downside of this spreadsheet is that some of the
graph / spreadsheet? things that may be written for example the date it
might be different so it could have the month and
then the date which is confusing.
