Based on the data study the introduction that done researchers at public
health centre kadugede. Of 10 respondents, 8 respondents said that nursing service
in public health centre good enough, while 2 of respondents said that service
nursing in public health centre less than good, for swiftness in providing service
for quite some time and hospitality friendly public health centre officers who
improved. This report aims to review the relationship between service nursing the
level of satisfaction users bpjs patients program at community kadugede
Kuningan district.
The kind of research used is survey analytic by using design cross
sectional. The sample collection to technique accidental sampling for a week get
samples from 62 patients. Variable free covering services nursing. Variable bound
is the level of satisfaction patients the program users BPJS. Analysis using method
Rank Spearmen. Research instruments using a questionnaire nursing service and
satisfaction patients.
The results of the study showed as many as (64,5 %) services nursing in
the category of good enough and the level of satisfaction patient program BPJS
users as many as (54,8 %) in the category of unfulfilled expectations. The results
of statistical tests Rank Spearman obtained the value of (p = 0,036) and the value
of (rs = 0,267). It means there were relations between service nursing the level of
satisfaction users BPJS patients program at community kadugede Kuningan
district.
Concluded there are the relationship between services nursing the level of
satisfaction patients the program users BPJS at community Kadugede Kuningan
district. Advised for the local community health services to maintain nursing in all
aspects in all patients users bpjs program at community kadugede
