the Uber will work to bring multiple players
from the mobility ecosystem together to
provide seamless end to end
transportation experience to users at one
of the Delhi metro stations.

● Provides efficient and effective modes of

transport to help riders connect to the first
and last mile of their commutes.
Problem Statement
Uber wants to provide a world class pick up experience to riders & build a Uber transit stations at the
Chattarpur metro station at New Delhi. We want you to design the Uber transit station & visualize how the
rider journey should look like at this transit station.

1. Innovative wayfinding solutions

2. Innovative elements to enhance the customer experience at the metro station
3. Elements to make Uber a natural choice for last mile
4. Elements to increase recall of Uber products, features, etc in the mind of riders
5. Elements to portray thought leadership & future of transit

Suggest as innovative solutions as possible (tech, branding, infrastructure - everything is on the table)

Structure

● Register your team (1-3 members) on D2C.

● Share a presentation (max of 15 slides) with your solution.
● Top 5 teams get to present their solution in details in a 30 mins presentation

Timeline
● Case opens on 20th Feb
● Last date for submission: 2nd March
● Declaration of top 5 teams: 10th March
● Presentation between 16th March to 20th March

Reward
● Top 5 teams get Uber swag box
● Top 3 teams get a prize money worth 20,000
