1. Worked in Risansi Industries Ltd. (December 2017-Till Now)

Currently working in Risansi Industries Ltd. Risansi industries Ltd. is a leading manufacturing
company of progressive cavity single screw pumps (industrial pumps). There pumps are used in
different plants and industries for transferring highly viscous fluids from one place to another place.

DESIGNATION

Production and Quality Control December 2017-Present

DUTIES:

 Using all tools like Micrometers, Calipers, Dial Gauge, Rubber Hardness Tester, Rockwell
Hardness Testing Machine etc. to inspect the receiving & in process items

 Preparing daily production report and taking corrective action to rectify any production
shortcomings

 Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently

 Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize

production.

 Handling vendor inspection regarding casting, heat treatment and machining items

 Pump performance testing and finish product dimension inspection as per drawing

 Analysis of assembly and customer complaints

 Ensuring that the working area is hazard free and kept clean and tidy at all time

 Ensuring that all plant equipment is kept in top operating condition and calibrated

 Scheduled inspection of machine conditions
