My Reflection

Critical thinking is the objective analysis of facts to form a judgment which depends
mainly on the suspicious and impartial analysis that is based on reason or evaluation of accurate
evidence. It implicates the sources evaluation such as statistics, facts, obvious experience, and
investigates conclusions. Good critical thinkers can sketch rational assumptions from a detailed
arrangement of information and tell apart between useful and less useful ones to solve a problem
or take a decision.

Each employee is required to assess a situation using reasonable idea and come up with
the best solution. Someone with critical thinking skills is the only one to make decisions and
does not need supportive care and attention. The effects of universal climate change are foreseen
to be various and comprehensive. Climate experts advise that increased temperatures will have
chief forces on global sea levels, temperature and rainfall. Many ecosystems will undertake vast
changes and the human communities that live in and rely on these ecosystems may deeply have
an effect on all of them.

He has to have an analytical way of thinking which means the capability to cautiously
study information and comprehend what it signifies. He also has to reveal his conclusions to a
bunch of colleague or your boss. He will call for working with others and exchange a few ideas
resourcefully to assume solutions to complicated problems. Critical thinking involves some sort
of creativity as he will make abstract concepts about an idea. He must have imagination,
curiosity and above all spot a solution that nobody has thought of before.

To think critically, he needs to be able to set aside any assumptions or judgments and
only investigate the information he obtains. He has to be objective, assessing ideas without
partiality. Problem solving is another crucial critical thinking skill that examines a problem,
creates and puts a solution into practice, and evaluates the success of the plan. After all,
employers don’t simply want employees who can think about information critically. They also
need to be able to come up with practical solutions.

In brief, any employee should be characterized by certain qualities that enable him think
of a problem, analyze it and reach a brand-new solution. To reduce the problem of global
warming, we should pay more attention to global sea levels, temperature, and definitely rainfall.
My Opinion:

A great advantage is that critical thinking is of vital importance where I organize, analyze
and reach an objective judgment based on reason and logic. One drawback is that coming up
with assumptions that depend on previous knowledge. I base my opinion on how beneficial this
reflection to me as it has helped me a lot to judge objectively and critically on different situations
in my life. My thinking is certainly reasonable, impartial, objective and critical.
