To Whom It May Concern,

This memo is to notify our parents and guardians that there was an isolated incident on an
Early ISD school bus after school on February 6, 2020. As this is an issue concerning
student discipline and student information, I am not allowed, by law, to give comment on
the incident specifically. I can reassure your that the issue was handled by the
Administration of Early ISD according to, and in compliance with, Texas law and the
Student Code of Contact. Steps have been taken to assure we have no more incidents like
this on our busses. Please rest assured that our students’ safety and well-being are Early
ISD’s top priority.
