WHEREAS; Enhancing Agri Beneficiaries Foundation, Inc. under SEC Registration No. CN201324373; TIN
008-683-500; with the Board members held its meeting;

WHEREAS; support and assist seven (7) agricultural cooperatives in different regions both administrative
and operation.

WHEREAS; to expand support to the Cooperatives including the new implemented project of Foundation
which is “Scholarship Program”.

WHEREAS; our new Executive Director Ms. Norlyn C. Corpuz suggested to the Board of Director’s to apply
Accredition for Sangguniang Bayan.

WHEREAS; Whereas, Chairman Danilo B. Cariño aggreed that Foundation must apply for the accreditation

WHEFORE; on motion of Director Samuel B. Cariño, unanimously approved by all directors present;

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED; to process all the necessary requirement and submit application
for Accreditation of Sangguniang Bayan in Cauayan City Hall.

RESOLVED FINALLY; that this resolution remains effective and subsisting and has not been amended,
revoked or suspended.
