ATHLETE’S COMMITMENT LETTER

in the 2020 Regional Palaro do hereby commit, in the event that I shall be
further qualified for the 2020 National Palaro which shall be held in
Marikina City from May 1 to 10, 2020, to attend and participate in the
said National Palaro.

I understand that my failure to abide by this commitment without

any valid reason shall be a ground for the Regional Palaro Board to ban
me from participating in future local school sports competition.
