PETITION

PETITIONER, by and through counsel, unto this Honorable Court

respectfully aver that:
1. Petitioner, Michael John Aristosa, is a Filipino, of legal age, single
and a resident of 36 Lot, Block 4, Filinvest Subdivision, Batasan
Hills, Quezon City;

2. Respondent is the Register of Deeds of Quezon City which has an

official address at City Hall Compound, Quezon City where it may
be served with summons and other court processes at the given
address;

3. Petitioner is applying for the registration of the unregistered land

located at 36 Lot, Block 4, Filinvest Subdivision, Batasan Hills,
Quezon City;

4. Petitioner has been occupying the subject lot for 52 years starting
from 1964 up to present; “Approved Plan” (duly approved by the
Director of the Bureau of Lands), “Latest Tax Declarations”,
“Technical Description”. Certificates from the surveyor” are
hereto attached and made integral part hereof as ANNEX “A”, “B”,
“C” and “D” respectively.
 PRAYER
WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that the Register of Deeds of Quezon
City issue an original certificate of title of the lot located at 36 Lot, Block 4,
Filinvest Subdivision, Batasan Hills, Quezon City registered in the name of
the petitioner.

Other just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed for.

5. To the best of my knowledge and belief, no such action or proceeding is
pending in the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, or any other tribunal
or agency;
6. If I should thereafter learn that a similar action or proceeding has been
filed or is pending before the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, or any
other tribunal or agency, I undertake to report that fact within five (5) days
therefrom to this Honorable Court.
