AFFIDAVIT OF CONFORMITY

I, BABY MARY GRACE A. REGALADO, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident
of Cawayan, New Washington, Aklan after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law
depose and say:

1. That I am the heir of the late LORETO REGALADO;

2. That my said late father was the owner of Lot 1561 located in Cawayan, New
Washington, Aklan, which is adjacent to the land of THEMIS A. BAUTISTA;

3. That portion of Themis A. Bautista’s land was mistakenly reflected in a previously

made sketch plan of Engr. Larry V. Reontoy, as part of our property, thus diminishing
the area to only 772 square meter;

4. That I acknowledge that the portion of land appearing as 1561 pt. which is now
within the actual boundary of Themis A. Bautista’s lot belongs to the latter;

5. That I conform to the conduct of a new relocation survey in order to correct the
aforemention mistake.
