marquee searches in each industry segment. Although her forte is in the area of
engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, consumer and retail, she has executed
searches in almost fourteen industry segments across six continents.

Having been a CEO herself, for a number of years in the past, she adds tremendous value to the search
process, and is able to link, the multiple factors that go into making a hiring decision at the leadership level.
Sangeeta brings with her, more than twenty four years of experience in the executive search industry. Prior
to joining The Taplow Group, Sangeeta was one of the most successful Partners for Transearch India for
her entire tenure of six years and a member of the coveted million dollar club. She was the CEO of Ma Foi
Global Search Services where she built the business from scratch and set up a successful search practice in
eight countries across the globe. Sangeeta has consulted on executive searches involving CEOs / COOs /
MDs for numerous MNCs and Indian companies across the world. She was a Director on the Board of 8
companies and is sensitive to the requirements of a board which has the responsibility of corporate
governance.
For a period of one year, Sangeeta was the Group CEO for one of the largest legal services firm as well.
She was featured as one of the 30 most powerful women, in a survey conducted by
Business Today a few years ago. Sangeeta is a graduate in Economics (Honors) from Lady Shri Ram
College, Delhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Business Management. She also holds a
degree in Education.

THE POSITION

 Consulting with the line management and providing HR guidance


 To oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned
with business goals.
Primary Purpose
 Act as a consultant on human resources management and
organizational changes, talent management and leadership
development.

 Develop a thorough understanding of the business and its performance


drivers in order to develop and deliver effective HR programs and
practices
 Work closely with the CEO and the executive team to develop and
execute human capital strategies that effectively support and enhance
the overall business strategies
Key Responsibilities  Direct and develop the strategic framework for Leadership
Development, Organization Development, Talent Management
 In addition, guide the team on KRA setting, training and development,
performance evaluation, retention strategy, staffing, induction and on-
boarding, talent planning, employee engagement etc.
 Lead and drive organizational & engagement diagnosis through
structured and best in class initiatives.
 Review and redesign corporate human resources policies, procedures,

 Build the Digital HR/ E- HR vision for the organization and work on
executing transformational strategies.
 Innovate around compensation and rewards structures; cash plans,
ESOPS etc.
 Work towards building diversity within the organization
 Align monetary resource by developing action plans, measuring and
analyzing results, initiating corrective actions and minimizing the
impact of variances.

THE PERSON

 Masters in Human Resources/ Master’s in Business Administration with


Qualification
Human Resources as a specialization

 18-22 years of experience in Human Resources function in leading


consumer organizations.
 Should have spent the last 10 years at leadership roles with proven
experience of supporting with building of businesses from a HR
Experience perspective.
 Track record of achievement and growth within the organizations
worked in, from the perspective of ‘value-addition’ and the ability to
contribute to strategy and business growth.
