Nowadays, sharing is a vital part of everyone’s life. Be it through personal interactions or social
media, we just have that urge to share everything about our lives. In this modern age, one of the most
popular means of sharing is vlogging.

A vlog, or video blog, aims to entertain and inform viewers about the content creator’s lifestyle. It
demonstrates how the vlogger lives out his/her life. To create a vlog successfully, one must learn to see
the beauty is the simplest things life can offer. Hence, vloggers have this positive outlook on life and
spread it to their viewers through their creations.

As time passes by, vlogs become more enjoyed across society. People of all ages appreciate
vlogs. More and more people are inspired to be online content creators. However, with the power to
influence people comes the responsibility to use this influence properly. Not everyone is deserving of
internet fame. Presently, some social media influencers tend to forget that their words hold some weight
to a certain degree.

Not all vlogs are for everyone. Sometimes, the scope must be limited to properly filter information.
Additionally, not every life situation is vlog-worthy. Sometimes, one must choose the proper content
he/she would film to his/her’s viewers.

Vloggers should be prudent both in words and actions. He should learn how to speak and act
right. He should learn how to be respectful and be responsible for his words and actions. One should be
aware about his actions so that he may learn to take responsibility for it.

As students, we should learn how to be prudent. We should know our limitations. We should
learn how to be a smart person in speaking. We should learn how to be wise in picking or selecting the
words we utter. Let us learn how to be a socially-responsible netizen. We should be aware about the
consequences we would have in doing something. We should be a responsible netizen in using social
media. We should know our rights and duties as a user of the social media.
