Good morning Mam, I am Mr. Carl Lito Natividad, a 11 th year Senior High
School at Don Ramon E. Costales Memorial National High School. I am applying
for admission at your school this year . I knew that your school is open for
applicants for the basketball team ;I am athlete in Basketball since in grade
school. My current height is six feet eight inches with great physique and flexible
body. No case of use of illegal drugs or steroid and criminal records. I am avid
basketball player, in grade school I play as the forward in our team ; our team has
been at top five team in South Regional sports competition for the past 4 years
(2015-2018) and has been chooser me as one of the mythical five players for
(2015-2016) respectively

In my Junior High School years at Don Ramon E. Costales Memorial National

High School we won the last UUAP 2015
