The Philippine Nurses Association of America (PNAA), Philippine Nurses Association (PNA), Association of Deans
of Philippine Colleges of Nursing (ADPCN) and the Commission of Filipinos Overseas (CFO) will be holding the 12 th
International Nursing Conference and the Filipino Nurses Global Summit III. This collaborative conference will be
held at the Regency Convention Center in Boracay Island, Philippines on January 21-22, 2020.

“The Planet is Our Patient: Nursing Leading Transformative Climate Action and Developing Resilient
Communities” is the theme for the Filipino Nurses Global Summit III while the 12th International Nursing
Conference’s will focus on “Nursing Advocacy: Advancing our Mission Globally through Leadership,
Collaboration, Engagement and Empowerment.” The conference will feature speakers from prestigious
institutions from many corners of the globe such as Saudi Arabia, Australia, Malaysia, Philippines, and the United
States of America.

The two-day event will provide many opportunities for networking for nurses and health care professionals from
several continents. There will be podium & poster research presentations; panel discussions on the nurses' role in
advocating for a healthy planet equals healthy people, as well as dialogue in advancing the nursing profession
through clinical practice, nursing education, nursing research, leadership, and governance.
